This is part 2 of why he thinks per his models  and what their doing we might be headed to a liquidity crisis. It’s good to know what I feel could happen his models see’s it but he’s way ahead of the game in market knowledge.
A liquidity event won’t be good for gold at first. It will depend though. Said the Fed’s  only concern is the banks not the middle class so possible more inflation to come.He isn’t trying to sell you gold like at lot of them do or play guessing games and then want your money. He’s straight forward,

He gave Wealthion interview a clue as far as gold. The gold volatility index. He said if that goes up at the same time as a volatility index get out of gold. If it stays neutral  he’ll keep his gold. GVZ. Dang autocorrect

at least we didn’t get pounded into the long weekend.

Who knows, these long weekend’s are always suspect for info dumps and such. Maybe since Blackrock bought all that silver we’ll wake up Tuesday and the USD will be backed by silver…it could happen. 🙂

Debt-ceiling worries are driving the dollar up for now, but real yields, the fiscal deficit and structural overvaluation favor the medium-term downtrend remaining intact.

All of the recent move higher in nominal yields (discussed here) has been driven by real yields. Inflation, erroneously, is seen as yesterday’s problem, with breakevens remaining near the lower end of their two-year range.

So many of these stocks are so beaten up. AG has an RSI of 23. Should be opportunity for a nice bounce, just not sure about a bottom.
