My guess is the anti Trump anti USA global deep state, are somehow driving the Fake dopey/dollar higher, to make our imports cheaper to override the needed Trump tariffs.
Naturally the futures are priced in Dollars so all the other currencies go LOWER which make our EXPORTS more expensive for foreign countries to buy our exports.
Also imo, the deep state or Europe, Israel and the military industrial complex pushed Trump into attacking Iran, simply to screw up Trump and the new, new world order. We already know all the crap they pulled to put Trump in jail.
