A comment on First Quantum Minerals and their Panama problems

trading halted in selling frenzy this morning on the news that 3 ministers sent a report recommending closing the mine permanently or reneging.
I think this is a buying opportunity given the Co. is doing very well w/out Panama (worst case), and this is simply a government tactic to negotiate a better royalty on the project.
Nat. Bank still have a $50 tgt, so…..
