In Matthew 7:1–5, Jesus warns against judging others hypocritically and tells us to examine ourselves first. In Romans 14:4, Paul asks, “Who are you to judge someone else’s servant?” These passages call us to humility, including when we disagree.
I’m open to thoughtful debate and respectful correction. But disagreement does not give any of us the authority to condemn another person’s faith or decide where they stand with God. That applies to me just as much as anyone else.
We’re here to discuss investing. Let’s challenge ideas, support our arguments, and treat one another with the grace and respect we would want in return.
