Tks I have it…this looks like an old problem …I have had …sometimes when I log on there is a security page telling me to contact the hosts and answer a number puzzle by doing simple addition, when I do that I am in…without contacting any Host…..
Then it may happen again weeks later…we now have a dedicated team working on the problem…..who will contact me maybe in the next 24 hours,,,, or maybe longer !!!!!
When they deign to get in touch, I will pass this info on……what other probs do people have…or are they all Log On related
