When I looked to see if Stockton was the worse anymore since so many wound up in jail or dead it wasn’t. Missouri has it now NM highest numbers in general too but they got south of the border gangs.
What surprised me was I thought maybe world wide the mid east would be the worst. It’s Mexico, one city being the highest after the next, and next and a whole list of citys one after another with a few from Brazil and Venezuela in the mix. But then who counts them in the mid east unless it’s from another group.
