Loading ...Extending yesterday’s gains early on here despite the SM futures weakening, particularly in the last hour. Dollar too, as rates jumped back above 4.5% to 4.54%. Right now, we are one of the lone standouts in the market. I love it when that’s the case.
PM’s and shares are steady. GDX & GDXJ up 1% premarket and outperforming the metals. Would like to see the HUI up another 20 pts. in the next couple of days, we’ll see how that goes in a weak SM.
Silver lagging as usual and if they’re going to get us, silver will buckle first. Gold just grinds higher.
No follow thru in platinum or palladium just yet, maybe if they catch a bid silver will as well.
Not a whole lot of things that are higher this am. Oil stands out, up 1.2%. Bitcoin flat.
