Yeah CA. is a mess because of Democrat mafia and cartel control.

We went there a few months ago and gas was ridiculous. Now they are shutting a refinery in LA? I thought I read that anyway. The article also predicted that gas could go up to $8:50 a gallon by 2026. These people in CA. government are just criminal and should be imprisoned.
