Now the supreme court also ruled on that Chevron case that will take away some of the tyranny their up to dictating to people and businesses.
Apparently they fixed it by not only making up rules and regulations but had to go to them for any redress so you know how that works, it doesn’t. So now they can go outside of their house of cards to a court. It still depends on what side of the constitution the judge is on but can be appealed all the way to the supreme court if necessary. I guess that can be a protection for car manufacturers say in states they think they can just prevent them from selling new gas cars only EVs by a certain date. Where do they get off!?!
