I don’t think he would have known Iran would try to destroy the world’s energy production either, that turned out to be a gift if this was indeed his plan. I don’t know if it is, could also be that during Trump’s 4 year hiatus, he and Putin got together and decided they would agree to divvy up the world’s energy production. 🙂 I am certain of one thing; Putin is probably sick of selling China oil at rock bottom prices.
