There is still a few psycho doctors out there that will cut them off certain medication they need knowing they’ll die of even NPO no food and water if they can’t swallow without a alternative like a feeding tube especially if on no code. Also over medicated where they can’t wake up to eat or drink less function without alternatives either. So always stay full code for now.
