https://thefederalist.com/2025/05/13/donald-trump-just-made-it-harder-to-go-to-federal-prison/

“The Code of Federal Regulations contains over 48,000 sections, stretching over 175,000 pages — far more than any citizen can possibly read, let alone fully understand. Worse, many carry potential criminal penalties for violations. The situation has become so dire that no one — likely including those charged with enforcing our criminal laws at the Department of Justice — knows how many separate criminal offenses are contained in the Code of Federal Regulations, with at least one source estimating hundreds of thousands of such crimes. Many of these regulatory crimes are “strict liability” offenses, meaning that citizens need not have a guilty mental state to be convicted of a crime.

This status quo is absurd and unjust. It allows the executive branch to write the law, in addition to executing it. That situation can lend itself to abuse and weaponization by providing Government officials tools to target unwitting individuals. It privileges large corporations, which can afford to hire expensive legal teams to navigate complex regulatory schemes and fence out new market entrants, over average Americans.”

I think the WEFers are slithering through behind the scenes … still buying influence … and will continue to do so as long as they are controlled by the central banks.

They are and are controlled by the international banking families.

Until central banks are neutered, they will continue in their ways.

The CBDC opp is the biggie.

If they are successful with forced implementation they will be like a parasite attached to your face like in the movie Alien for who knows how long.

From the Book of Revelation (one of John’s visions) – the mark of the beast will last 4.2 years.

I hope that rollout is as successful as the digital ID rollout.

It’s not going well.

Cheers

The possible reason they report it to moodies because the liabilities are not only our own like in Japan apparently that in Japan will cause stagflation. It says in the future money such as treasures could be pulled out for hard assets. Homes will get even more expensive as will gold. If there’s Fed bail outs even more inflation.

I have no idea why they haven’t. made SS hands off instead of using it like their slush fund and having the money coming in  actively invested and managed including a good portion in gold and silver. It’s like they’re just standing there like a deer in the headlights watching the money flow out.

Also in the advent of corporatizing hospitals and doctors without oversight by Congress as well as pharma costs they just charge whatever they want. Instead of cutting care how bout cutting costs! Were being robbed. I heard that we are only 4 percent of the population but represent 75 percent of the revenue they’re getting. That’s insane and unsustainable.

Buygold 10:04, but it’s much worse.

Posted by ferrett @ 23:04 on May 17, 2025

They’re only talking about the budget deficit there. They aren’t including the unfunded liabilities of $75tn – $100tn over the next 75 years, which is entirely medicare and SS (i.e. not discretional) spending. To cover the costs of these programmes requires improving the current budget by $1.5tn p.a. either by added revenue or reduced spending. That means that in addition to the ~$2tn deficit for this year the government needs to find another $1.5tn just to stand still.

To put this in perspective, your revenues are $5tn, and your expenses are $7tn. You need to increase revenues by 70%, or decrease expenses by 50%, or a combo of the two. None of which are possible. There is no way out. Except:

Print baby, print. And hence the need for the $4tn increase in the debt ceiling.

Why it needs Moody’s to alert the bond market to that I don’t know.

  • Have Davos elites been defeated? Is he asking us? Be nice if he could stay on track, not go on a long history lesson of the last million years. Like bait and switch. Turned into Ukraine, feud, WW11 all past tense said before  and other stuff dragging on not getting a answer.  Yes or no and why but guess using comparisons for cues and not sure. Why I’m posting it? Maybe there’s a clue I missed when I fell asleep waiting for him to come back to Davos. Kidding but not missing a cue. Seems more than a diversion.

Maya I don’t know if you’ll need this since you can walk so well and could move to jogging but it’s good exercise without having to have a big bike and In away a light leg press. A old saying, let your weaknesses become your strengths. Easier said then done sometimes.

It’s on Amazon for 30.00 There’s a bunch of different kinds so read the reviews below them.

Can’t sent the link for some reason so sending the name you can copy paste if you want one.

Moody’s downgrade

Posted by Buygold @ 10:04 on May 17, 2025

Shouldn’t hurt the gold market. Then again, it didn’t help us the last time we were downgraded in 2011 and Fitch did it in 2023. Although it is a bit different gold market these days. Might be why gold popped back above $3200 AH and the shares didn’t get smacked yesterday too much.

Moody’s Downgrades USA Credit Rating From Aaa

Successive US administrations and Congress have failed to agree on measures to reverse the trend of large annual fiscal deficits and growing interest costs…

Yeah some parents can do that. The best they can do if they see their interests encourage them if realistic and safe. But even so sometimes kids can do it themselves. Wanna be like Mike who’s what 6 foot 10 or something, and their out there playing basketball everyday but only reach 5 foot ten and their dreams are crushed. Parents should have them focus on education too during that time plus any other interests. Focus on what they can do, kids are resilient just helps them if someone cares.

Still disappointments and failure can build character and can recover and learn from it. What they’re doing to them they can never recover.

It’s not just that going on either. Whites are this and that blacks are victims, both are emotionally abusive. Like where did they get their play book from Charles Manson?

Oh the worst ones are not the well meaning or alter ego it’s the can’t do ones are the worst. Say the kid loves soccer and the parents hates it. It’s not just winning that counts, they just love to play.  Self centered type parent. Their A holes.

Try to warm up first and do stretch ones first. If there’s music you like put it on. Split them up in sets like sets of 5 each till you can do 10 each. You can take protein with exercise. I hope he gave you light weight bearing not too heavy at first. Reason is it helps strengthen the bones too. They have these pedal machines I found on Amazon. Portable without a bike and can exercise while sitting down in front of the computer. I got one for one of my grandsons because the doctors were going to rush and do surgery on his legs but after tests they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I told my daughter in law I think I know what was wrong. He has independent study. He gets his work done fast then does interactive video games. Now he’s learning the stock market. Too much hours sitting . They can get clots that way too. Now he uses it when on the computer, problem solved. It has different resistance levels. There’s ones as low as in 30 dollars. Hope she passed that to the doctor as more and more are pulling kids out of public schools especially since Covid.

You don’t have to do them every day you can do them 3/4 days a week but maybe try to do stretching exercises when you get up. Muscles can start to atrophy pretty fast so if not active passive range of motion. Your walking well now and have years to go, you don’t have to turn into muscle man all at once. Lol

It’s not just the medical profession, goldie.

Posted by ferrett @ 3:50 on May 17, 2025

It’s the parents, telling their children from an early age that they can be anything they want to be. Whilst the parents might only mean they can be a rock star, olympic champion, fighter pilot, astronaut or whatever, which is patently complete rubbish and just setting the kids up to experience failure and confusion, it’s not a big step to “I can be a boy” especially when she’s surrounded by all the weirdos you mention.

You don’t build resilient kids with affirmative action and false hopes. Sure, let them dream, but keep them based in realism.

Began the exercise sets my Physical Terrorist assigned me.  Various leg lifts and stretches.  I’m walking OK, but ye gads… some of these muscles I’m trying to move just don’t work yet!  Old ‘hippies’ telling me to ‘be sure you do your PT!’   Yep… no pain, no gain.  But it is amazingly exhausting.  He sure knows how to target the weak points.  (sigh!)

Its not about medical. These are children they’re manipulating first with their childhood imagination that they could be anything like superman.  They are manipulating and exposing them to obscene and abnormal adults then by slowly making abnormal things seem normal and giving them attention to reinforce it they might not be getting at home so parents have to watch that Similar to the tactics of child molesters who’s plan is to get their trust by what they think is emotional support to manipulate them, If you like this or that your really a girl not a boy or vice versa. They  reward them by playing a part or cooperating  with their influencer, because they care about them. then rape them.  They’re using the excuse they’ll commit suicide to get the parents to sign the papers to allow them to be drugged with puberty  blockers that do harm to their bodies and sexually mutilated before their old enough to make that decision themselves which most despite influence will outgrow but now maybe left with feelings of guilt they let the influencer “predators”  down which they were the lucky ones.  Good way to cull the herd by sterilization huh.

We also have some amazing Republicans who are busy working and no one heard of them and the idiotic confrontations from the looney left they have to deal with. Last night on Gutfield they showed one clip of them. A demo woman reading off her phone and couldn’t deal well so it wasn’t coming from her self. She was set straight quickly by the Republican.

The public needs to see more of them and the good things they’re doing instead of seeing the morons like Newscum who they just love to make fools of themselves on  the camera.

I’m concerned about the midterms. As hard as Trump is working he probably knows he might only have two years like last time when the rinos pissed away the election and left Trump with only executive orders that would soon be undone by the left. People need to pay attention to who their legislators, and Congress members are and make sure they’re working with Trump not against him or it will happen again. They still fall way behind Trump in getting things  done. Most don’t have his commitment, brain power or energy. All they seem to do is go on the defensive. We have more active ones including women now but not enough. They need to organize because the left will even if they have no message other than hate Trump, they are a disaster but they will still organize, play mocking bird ” repetitive,” on lies flooding  the social media that needs to be pushed back as fast as they put it out  because there’s a lot of gullible people out there.

I think it’s pretty fascinating their culture existing with few changes for a very long time. I have a lot of respect for those people and i think the average Amish or Mennonite are more law abiding than the average. No fentanyl zombies there!

One thing I heard about their success farming was that using horse drawn plows etc they can farm on steeper slopes than regular tractors, harvesters. This land comes at a discount.

When I was last able to fly to Colombia , I was shocked to see a prominent ad in the seatback airline magazine for the horrendous transgender surgery . Medical and dental procedures in Colombia are a fraction of the cost in the USA .

Dental , about 10 % …in modern facilities with great skill . An expert in a special procedure spent 2-1/2 hours working in my mouth , assisted by two technicians continuously , and my own dentist observing every step of the way . The bill was US$ 230.00 to the expert’s office . I was not charged by my dentist , who charged me an additional $450 for an extraction , and two partial prostheses (1 upper , 1 Lower) , after the US prothetic broke while eating chicken . Two extractions done here cost me over $1100 each , not counting a prosthesis .

Buygold, 9:23, when Trump was elected first time around,

Posted by ferrett @ 17:55 on May 16, 2025

I thought he was going to sort things out then, too. And he beat Clinton, who would have been an equally dangerous president as Kamala, but for different reasons. But he failed because he was a poor judge of character. He thought the swamp creatures were there to help him, culminating in the Fauci fiasco. Trump was telling people to take hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin but then lost the plot, the election and a million Americans lost their lives, and are still losing their lives to the vaccine. What’s worse is that as Trump 47 is that he can’t criticise Trump 45 for the vaccine debacle because he was rabidly pushing it himself. I am absolutely convinced he did not do a good job or the right and smart thing there.  Nor did he get out of Afghanistan. Or exercise any restraint over govt expenditure.

So I held high hopes again with 47 that he’d learnt the lessons, and it seemed that he had in many respects in the non-swamp appointees he’s picked for many key positions; health, defence, intelligence for example. DOGE is a great idea and its already claimed a few scalps, but we’ll have to wait and see if the SCOTUS will tell the lower courts to butt out if it’s going to realise its full potential. But he’s failing on the economy and on foreign policy and again I think that it’s because he’s a poor judge of character.

On the economy he’s picked swamp creatures, and they are running circles around him. The only reason for imposing 69% tariffs on Norfolk Island and 10% on the penguins is to make him look dumb, and boy, in the eyes of Australians (and probably the rest of the world!) they’ve succeeded brilliantly. No reining in of govt expenditure with another $4tn needed on the debt ceiling to pay for the tax cuts and defence increases – where is all the revenue from tariffs and savings from DOGE in the equation? He’s picked the wrong guys: again.

He’s going to get frustrated with Putin because he doesn’t understand him. I’ve said it before, Trump has no concept of “non-negotiable”, or of history. With Jolani in Syria he’s repeating all the same mistakes that were made in Afghanistan. He is, I think, starting to get a glimmering of an idea that Bibi might not have the best interests of anyone but Bibi at heart, but Trump is still arming him. The Arabs, with millennia of traditions and centuries of dynastic rule will look on his razzamatazz with quiet contempt and superiority. They will do what they want to do as they always have in the end, regardless of French, British or American influence. Whether that will work out for them is another matter, but that is their thinking.

Does this have anything to do with gold? Maybe not. But Trump won the election on 13th July ’24, which is when the current bull run took off, gold rising over 30% in 10 months.

IPSO re: Amish and Mennonite

Posted by Alex Valdor @ 17:35 on May 16, 2025

Very likely .

My first wife’s mother taught school in a Mennonite colony in southern Alberta , Canada . The mandatory classroom Canadian flag was covered overnight , as soon as she left after the end of classes each day.
Her father was a farmer and young folks from the colony would hide in a ditch to be picked up on his way back and forth to the school to drop her off and pick her up , to help him for a little cash to buy pocket radios ,etc.
Contraband like radios had to be hidden remotely so as not to be siezed by the elders.
