Loading ...Many Us city’s numbers aren’t too good. Highest in Calif in minority and areas with a high number of homeless . One city in Calif with high rate of black Americans actually has a lower rate of robbery then some others but one of the highest in murder from one year which is Stockton Calif. I didn’t check Oakland though.
