Emergency use doesn’t include lack of informed consent, mandates, or people who would have a high risk of adverse events in normal situations and this wasn’t even normal. Emergency use means that alternatives like hydroxy- chloroquine and Ivermectin could be used but that would of shut down the experimental vaccine. Trump knew they were destroying the economy shutting down businesses and schools until they had a treatment or vaccine not only business would shutter but millions would be homeless not able to pay all their bills or car payment because unemployment wasn’t enough, especially those who rely on tips to supplements and not all that is counted for unemployment so Trump added money to it or we’d have working homeless and more lost jobs from lack of transportation Trump didn’t exclude alternatives but not his field and had to rely on frauds that was pushing their bioweapon out on the public.
