That’s not good. I remember prior to the crash of 08 all of a sudden people couldn’t sell their house. They refinanced into risky loans that aren’t fixed and promised by these clueless they could refi out of it later. They were fixing it up to sell When they found out they couldn’t it was too late and tried to sell. Plus the refi drive taxes up because here with prop 13 they can’t just automatically raise taxes they have to have another reason or a refi or sale. My  neighbor had buyers but even though they should of been able to get a loan the banks stopped lending. Prior to that the homes were selling in days. I thought oh no. Of all charts I didn’t check it was real estate. Major top in overbought  range too.  This is it but I don’t think anybody knew how bad it was gonna get but it wasn’t consolidation it was gonna crash.
