Loading ...Everything in most of Europe is Priority to the vehicle approaching from the right . I have survived the traffic circle at the Arc de Triomphe . Few Americans could do so. There are several lanes and cars enter and leave from about six roads feeding that circle ( the étoile ) . Here in FL traffic circles are being built , but people are not educated in ceding right of way to those in the circle ( with only two lanes , fed by and from four exit/entrances ( two roads intersecting at right angles)) . As a result there are multiple fender benders daily , until people learn the etiquette.
