State Farm just announced they are not going to renew home insurance in a lot of homes in southern California due to fires and mud slides plus the new regulations from the dumocraps. The areas of Bentwood, Ventura county and many more areas of expensive homes  now have to find insurance.

You know that might be a good idea. A house on wheels. Be fires, tsunami threats or volcanos. Just drive off and forget these insurance company’s. They used zoning, building codes or anything they could not to pay.

But then in Texas they didn’t pay the hurricane victims either. Maybe minor as in wind damage but total losses they didn’t pay. These were all American company insurance I guess not that it matters in a disaster.

I talked to someone who used to work for NEM before and even post 08 when I talked to her and not as business but met her in the hospital said it was a good company. Think it was back in 09.

Here comes the talking heads all about gold and oil. Even the commercials are coming out by sellers. I’d be watching my support lines and trailing stops plus their tricks.

Lol I think he was 🤔 about Australia or something with Crocs. I wasn’t sure about the snakes though. The tiger sharks seem to be the greatest threat there. Great whites seem to like the cold waters of northern California where the big waves are and seems to be a correlation between even years more bites than odd yrs. Mostly toward south Calif as they head to warmer waters towards Mexico to breed. Might have something to do with breeding.

There are no snakes in Hawaii !  Black widow spiders, but most spiders here are not poisonous.  No crocs, either… except the shoes.  But we have sharks in the ocean.

Yeah I was looking for insurance too and found one I think it was out of the UK. But look what happened to Maui, insurance companies not paying them.  I remember the Lava zones now, was checking that out too and for any lava that may have passed through that area but hadn’t, yet anyways. But with a Islander wanting it I couldn’t do it, besides can you imagine, they probably mostly know each other or of each other and I would of been the outsider who took so and so’s land. Nope nope and nope.

Just making your own bunker and living off the grid, glad they can still do that. The way things are going they might need to. You know they got enough vegetation that if they wanted could probably make their own oil

My subdivision is less than half ‘built out’ from 1972 yet.  My next door lot is wild jungle yet that was overgrown with Albizia trees… towering invasive species that are brittle and come down in hurricane winds.  Trust that owned it didn’t want to maintain it when we neighbors complained, so they sold out to a Mexican family from Riverside, CA.  Mexicans came and attempted to clear the lot with just family labor and failed after several trips here.  Just too much for them.  Papa finally hired a local ‘tree Tarzan’ to take down the biggest trees and just drop the limbs, piled eight feet deep.  Several month later I read in the local news that some Mexicans with the same family name were intercepted at the airport here with kilos of cocaine, and we have never seen  the lot owners again.  I guess it was drug money that bought the lot.  With new laws, my tree trimmer friends have legally gone into the lot and poisoned the regrowing big trees that are slowly breaking and dropping branches now without threatening our homes on either side.

Getting a home loan here in the lava zones is impossible.  No one will insure the property, so a buyer has to come up with cash and assume the risk on self.  That, too, helps keep the rif raf and speculators out.  Mostly retired folks buying and building here now.  Some don’t even have permits… just slap up a self-made shack and live off-grid.

Yep, I should of moved to Hawaii. I like mayas take on natural dangers keep the rif raf away. That’s a good word for them. I almost did and found I almost would of been near Maya, I liked the house and had both on and off the grid water sources and cleared land around it but still a lot of vegetation. But they said I had to grab it right then and had the money then because someone else a Islander was trying to work on a loan that’s hard to get there. I am not like these illegals I will now call rif raf although they illegals on the take and wasn’t gonna take a needed home from a Islander so backed off. I saw what big money doing to them in Oahu. Now it’s everywhere. If they have something scaring these criminals and parasites off the more power to them. Feed them to the volcano and see if all their hot air floats.

Point is it’s just not smart adversaries can see it and now giving them orders,  even rif raf can see it.
