I’ve ordered with doctors signing higher doses of zinc that 50 mg along with vita C for wound healing but only for a limited time.
The thing is about almost any medicine or supplement if you give something or more of something than normal it can then deplete something else.
So if your going to take zinc every day then look into a copper supplement.
Copper deficiency can cause bad things to happen. Heart issues muscle cramping kidney, liver, problems and more.
On the other end zinc has all sorts of benefits.
