Loading ...should be used to pay off the National DEBT ..Harvard alone has 41 billion ..and look at what they are producing ..a bunch of communists. Graduates that cant read and write and qualify for more than a minimum wage or useless Government job. That POOL of money has to be in the Trillions TAX it ,get debt free and start life over debt free.
Better to give them a debt free start in life and let them work for the rest.
