Doing some research on this. Battle North used to be called Rubicon Mining. Rubicon tried to make a go of the Phoenix mine but ended up in creditor protection. Investors lost about $700 million … yours truly included. Now they are calling the project the “Bateman Gold Project” and it’s been acquired by Evolution Mining.
It will be most interesting when the production and cost numbers come out … until then once burned twice shy!
