That’s for them to work out but seem highly resistant to change or at least the leaders because they need people to do their bidding so they can continue to live in luxury while they live in appalling conditions and some attempting to live in war torn buildings.
Remember when US was so different with different life styles, religion and beliefs? The East was different from the south, south different from north and north different from the Wild West.
There will be some that will barter goats some will use money.
For now many especially in places like Niger, Somalia and even some from the other eastern countries are not ready to assimilate in a civilized country. They bring their ways that cause suppression with them and worse, crime even crimes that would be crimes in their own country. Just the other day a immigrant from Nigeria killed a woman and her baby beheading the baby in a subway in Germany.
