Loading ...Actually there is a town where Italians live into their 100s and smoke too. I wouldn’t advise the smoking. Maybe without would give them even longer. Lol but who knows besides harm to lungs what benefit it might have. I can see the wine as in moderation thins the blood a bit which can be beneficial but that’s moderation. I don’t get where the anchovies come in less they have Omega 3 a heart health food that’s in certain fish and other things. I wonder if it’s a low stress town with clean air and water where some mountain people benefit and also eat healthy avoiding processed foods and sugar.
