Loading ...but I’m going to take exception with his parting line: “But he did raise up those children of his somehow, and that’s all we’ve got to go on for the moment.” I don’t think Kuntsler is that small minded, or has that much lack of vision, to make such a myopic closing statement.
Trump brings a lot of experience to the table having suffered through both failure and success in his business life. I can only imagine the thousands of folks he developed working business relationships with in order to build his empire. ( Oh yeah, Obama would probably say he didn’t build that. And coming from his background as a community organizer, he would be qualified to make such a judgement…) It is obvious to any fair minded person, you don’t have to like Trump even, that he knows how to get things done. It is hard to imagine someone building the company employing thousands without exhibiting top notch leadership skills and some fair amount of know how. Trump brings all of those skills to the White House and for just a dollar a year salary. Quite a bargain.
I would also suppose, that anyone who can build his brand of Hotels and Golf Courses around the world has some experience with dealing in varied International settings and peoples. Once again, proving he can Get Er Done. So I think you can check off the box, ‘Works Effectively With Others’.
And I think you would half to admit, he may not be as polished as we are use to seeing in our politicians, (thank God), but he is a hell of a salesman. Sometimes in spite of himself. And I think he is a great salesman because overall, and from his heart, he is open and honest. Something we have not seen in Washington in a long, long time.
Yeah, I think Trump brings a lot more to the table than just raising an outstanding family, but even that seems to be something out of most people’s grasp today in America. Kunstler is bright, and educated, he will eventually get the picture. 🙂
