If I may suggest a tactic used during WW2 when a convected appeared before a judge for sentencing he was given a choice “you can go to JAIL or you can go in the ARMY ,if you choose the Army.. and after 4 years of good behavior and Honorable discharge all records of convictions will be erased and you get a second chance ! except for Murder convections ! Now thats a DEAL ! Every young thug should take !
I gives them time to mature under military supervision ,it reduces the cost of incarceration ,I gives the military some raw material to make thugs into Men. It takes them out of domestic courts where Lawyers perpetuate recycling them because its good for the Lawyer business .Military Courts are very different from domestic courts. You have NO constitutional rights ,they own you ,you are Government PROPERTY ,you are in an Admiralty Court . Choose the Military and you get a 2nd chance ! Its a good deal for everybody ! Its better than filling up the JAILS with repeat offenders !
