I have been reading your words and wisdom for a long time old friend. And I have enjoyed our journey, our quest, along this Golden Trail. We seen a lot, been through a lot, have watched our portfolios paved over on more than a few occassions. Seen gold rise, and then watched as it was kicked down like a red headed stepchild. And yet…with wonder, we watch gold claw its way back in the eternal fight to claim first prize in the ‘real money’ arena. Yes sir, its been one heck of a struggle.

Do you remember that picture ole Winedoc used to post of the long line of hopeful gold prospectors climbing up the side of some snow covered mountain ? I am glad someone else done all the hard work and digging. I’m glad I can walk into a store and trade em a few pieces of paper for something of value. Sometimes, its so easy, I almost feel guilty for taking advantage of them. 🙂
