Loading ...some nice points. Is it better to just avoid real estate and stay in phiz? I think the government loves real estate because, you can’t hide a piece of property or a house. I’ve watched the house I rent increase over 250% in value from 2007-to now on Zillow. It’s been disheartening not to participate. It’s seems like money to be be made in RE if you have strong hands, and you just pay the taxes and move on.
I find Donald to be a reality TV star first, eccentric and bold. He says some stuff I don’t know about. I have no faith in anyone. I think he wants the same system to stay in place. The alternatives to him are a mixed bag. A vote for Bernie would make the whole system collapse, maybe in the end that’s the fastest way to recovery. haha
