Loading ...I am not a RealEstate expert although I have done well with my personal house 3 times,timing is everything..I would not hesitate to buy now providing my income was secure and I expected to stay put for at least 3-5 years ,I would negotiate as tough as Trump for price ..that is ..feel confident ,not weak and even if your not feeling strong in your dealing..act that way.You will do well because people respect strong negotiators and take advantage of weakness ..thats just the way it is…..use it to YOUR advantage.
Remember 1. secure income,2.stay put 3-5 years 3. negotiate from strength. 4. lock in fixed int Rate. thats my opinion..
