The colonizers succeed in civilizing part of the uncivilized population, but in many cases the not yet civilized, don’t like their “modified” fellow newly civilized neighbors. And when a financial crisis erupts, the fighting starts.
Now, lets just ask ourselves. Who colonized the Middle East first? Who colonized South Vietnam? Who colonized South Korea? Who colonized Iran before the Shah was thrown out? I feel sorry for Cuba these days. They are getting re-colonized.
