Newmont Corporation NEM is scheduled to report third-quarter 2023 results before the opening bell on Oct 26.

The gold miner missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate in three of the trailing four quarters while beating it once. For this timeframe, the company delivered a negative earnings surprise of roughly 1.9%, on average. Newmont posted a negative earnings surprise of 15.4% in the last reported quarter. The company’s third-quarter results are expected to reflect improved grades across a number of mines. Lower costs are also likely to have aided its performance. However, weaker gold prices might have impacted its results.

Interesting scenario. Silver makes a lot of sense as a bartering instrument. It’s just hard to imagine what that looks like and how it comes about. We are being crumbled from within.

Metals come all the way back, and the shares meander as the SM loses steam. So typical.

Apparently, NATO is now sending their fleets into the M.E. to join the US, China and Russia. Seems like a pretty dangerous situation to me. I’m looking toward the heavens for the most part.

Let’s see now, not only are we are going into a time where central banks (think Rothschilds) will have to do something to shore up their balance sheets like revalue gold to 10K minimum CBDC or not – which is why they are accumulating bullion like drunken sailors – using futures to keep prices suppressed while they accumulate.

But more, CBDC or not, as the decentralization forces continue to run side by side with such nonsense no matter what (black markets, etc.), the likely result of the forced centralization skullduggery will be the development of ‘barter economies’ on a more localized scale as it becomes realized CBDC’s are an enslavement mechanism – with silver central to such activities.

How long will this take?

Well, even with such a prospect staring most people square in the face presently – you would never know it based on the public’s continued contempt and ignorance associated with precious metals – especially constitutional silver.

When it does come however, it should be a sight to see as status quo following idiots line up at bullion dealers only to be told (as Clint Eastwood would say) – “Your shit outta luck” – because they have none left – where people will want it more when you tell them they can’t have it.

Then its a matter of if the cretins will impose restrictions on trading/ownership
of precious metals, and if so, how will they impose that….
I suspect ( as Martin Armstrong eluded to in his latest interview) that some sort of “black market”
will pop up and Silver coins would probably be the easiest and most fungible PM asset to use
in an alternative type of market…..

The money gravitating toward Bitcoin sure seems evident in the miners. The problem we have is that we can never sustain a rally, so the minute these miners stop going up, they hit the sell button. That was so evident in this am’s open, just ridiculous. This has been going on for years now, at least a decade.

The banksters like Fink have completely destroyed the entire sector. It’s completely unreliable, regardless of what the metals do because they’ve destroyed them too. You’d think that would present an opportunity for them to make money on the upside, but nope, always down. Everyone is watching the COT Report, whenever the banks get short, they sell the miners.

The SM is rigged to stay up, but only the mega caps.
