Yes and although buying and selling Bitcoin is faster it can be tracked through the current mechanisms to buy and sell it but still can be hacked even in a electronic wallet unless like Maya said you have a dedicated computer and keep it off the internet. Now they have these portable machines you can transfer it to and keep it off line.
I suppose there would be benefit owning both kinds. You might be right about Gold getting ahead of itself but also has a decline it needs to recover from and a gap below hanging around. The Dow on the other hand recovered from their dip and filled there gap and has different both bull and bear patterns. Now everyone’s expecting a crash or down turn sometime by the end of the year which will take the PMs with them. Best to just trade the trend when you can and if a crash comes trade that too. Glad you have nice weather. It’s hot where I’m and me and a nurse friend are now checking the weather for the best day to go have lunch. Gotta support the restaurants. Yes I have been trading, making a little money buying nat gas long BOIL on lows and selling on the highs. In fact I sold BOIL yesterday, took the profit and bought it back this morning on lows. I bought and sold some FTAI, and recently bought it back and I might hold it a while.
This morning I bought a tiny amount of bitcoin short BITI, I’ll probably sell it near the close today if I see a loss. Gold chart could be showing a head and shoulders top, but I think it will stay above $2300. I think it got ahead of the curve in April and May and is digesting it, and continue higher. I’m going outside now its a nice day here.

To bad most the stocks don’t want to cooperate much with the shares or I’d go back to occasional day trading. Looks like gold can’t make up its mind this morning. Sill kinda bullish on the charts but looking a little scary for the longer term right now anyways.
Even these cycle charts that go by days weeks months can be early or late by weeks. Day trading to get around day trading has to be a day ahead then the tax time nightmare.

I have to wait to get a few more supplies for my vacation to start a garden.
It’s hard to gauge what computer generated charting will do but as long as it’s currently set at a certain percentage and trending and don’t tell too many people or you know what will happen if it gets back to them but.. I didn’t look at silver percentage although I could but gold. It only had about a half of a percentage move so might continue the same direction tomorrow before they set a trap door again. Just watching.
