If they’ll turn us back down, that’s when they’ll do it.

So, just watching and waiting to see what happens. Hopefully this sticks, as silver has recovered almost all losses from yesterday, gold about half. Not something I’m comfortable banking on though.

The biggest negative of the day is that they’ve taken SLV back below the 50 dma and it’s caused the selling to pick up a bit.

Tomorrow is another day, I’m not sure I’ll be expecting a big bounce on whatever Powell says, regardless of what the dollar does, but hopefully we get back on track next week.

Silver just triggered a five-wave buy signal in the SLV to GLD ratio (the inverse of the widely followed gold/silver ratio) yesterday.

It worked for him so maybe it can work for us this time.

Pretty obvious what this is and has been all week. Nothing more than the scum’s attempt to keep pm’s from running up and away before Powell admits the obvious, that the economy has been in recession for months and they have crushed it.

This dollar bounce is feeble and expected. The best they can do is shake the tree a little, but it’s taking them a lot of energy and fiat to do it.

Maybe they get us back to the point of the breakout in gold, maybe more. I don’t know but the rig is all they have left.

All I can do is echo your concerns.  Current migrations/immigrations everywhere are so different from those of the past. It looks bleak to me, and it’s not because I am a pessimist; just a realist who refuses to wear blinders. Maybe the countries being invaded will wake up in time; we can hope. There seem to be at least some signs of that. Not easy to reverse an entrenched population, though. It will take understanding, resolve, and fortitude; is there enough of that to go around?

Maddog – it’s an absolute tragedy what’s happening in the UK, both with the government and society. I don’t have the capacity to understand the kind of mindset (evil) that Starmer embraces. Clearly, the gov’t. is handing over the country to the invaders, but at the same time strengthening gov’t workers by pay increases and a better standard of living than the average Brit to keep them happy enough to enforce the plan. The police are a traitorous disgrace, enabling the destruction of white culture and white peoples. I believe that in addition to throwing you into the slavery of the one world government, there will also be a one world religion that involves Muslims, Catholics (the current pope is a heretic), and Protestants that are accepting of non-biblical culture, i.e. LGBTQ and abortion, which are outside anything remotely Christian. It will be an all-inclusive and accepting religion. Essentially anti-Christ. Without the populace being armed, it will be tough to turn. I suspect what you’re seeing is what we’ll see here if they install Kamala Harris. It still remains to be seen whether a large enough percentage of the US population would give up certain comforts and take up arms. I don’t know.

Captain – no doubt they knew the numbers and were ready, I’d argue that they’ve been ready all week, and if they could have manufactured a waterfall, they would have done so already. They still might if they get a dollar bounce that runs longs out of contracts. I could see that happening when Powell speaks – totally contrary. It does seem clear that they are getting less and less effective, more so with silver than gold. They will have trouble if US investors ever wake up to the gold market. For now, they can just slow the ascent, frustrating to watch when the dollar has been taken to the woodshed. It also appears the Yen carry has resumed its’ unwind, that is a long running program that I’m not sure we know what will happen and who will be hurt by it. Seems that we are just going to grind slowly higher, at least that’s what the shares are saying.

That foolishness might be blocked yet … otherwise they are torpedoing a significant piece of their economy!
