NEM is leading, but still only at $35. Was $42 in the little Dec. 23 rally when gold was $100 lower, BUT silver is $1.50 lower than it was back then.

Texas should of did what they are doing now back in the 70 s and maybe Congress would have prioritized the border patrol and laws set in stone as well as accountability to anyone even in the executive offices for breaking them. A couple of those laws should have been to deny welfare and housing of any kind as well as denying citizenship to any child born to illegals but would have to wait until 18 to apply like they do in Mexico and that child of illegals can not apply for sponsor of any relative. Right now they’re even giving sponsorship of children to illegals and not even verifying if that child is their relatives. There was a time they could get green cards and go back and forth. But then they started bringing their family’s over doing the same and took up all the unskilled labor factory jobs that weren’t unionized. There was plenty of jobs like construction that paid them cash but their girlfriends and wives would get welfare for the kids and were basically making more money because of it than young American couples starting out. There was even Americans usually young men not committed to any job who would work here for a few months then go live in Mexico and live off it until they ran out of money and do it over again. Even in the 90 s I met Mexicans in California working for a nurses registry on call run by Mexicans from Texas who would come here work about 4 months 7 days a week then go back to Texas until they got caught not properly licensed. There was even a foreign one from Africa or somewhere started one doing it and one wasn’t even a nurse. I happened to be working at the jail when they brought the registry owner in but wasn’t doing intake but wounds that day story’s up but would of liked to see that. It wasn’t by regular job just a side job cuz they didn’t pay to well back then and had kids so floated around. Retirement benefits would of been pretty good then later or prison system better. Preferred helping regular people and veterans though than helping someone who just killed their family or raped and murdered a teen at her graduation at school lurking in the school. There was just stupid impulsive young people or DUIs things like that who were okay just learning life the hard way though. Nurses there needed a lot of screening before they could work there but apparently not in general public back then.
Giving illegals welfare was the worst thing they could do. Some had as many as 10- 20 kids.

Amals: The one I saw was at a local fair which ran for about a week , but was not part of the huge RB , B&B Circus . Around 1953 I helped erect the RB,B&B sideshow tent and then the bleachers for the ‘Big Top’ main tent when it was still a circus train .

The train would arrive from another city during the wee hours , transport trucks would move equipment , animals and circus crew to the site by 8 am ( first tent was the kitchen and dining tents to serve breakfast to the travelling crew by 7 . We kids would show up by 8:00 for assignments (to earn a free pass later in the day to the sideshow and then the cheaper matinee performance . After the big moneymaker , the (early) evening show , the crew (without the kids) would dismantle everything , truck everything back to the siding load equipment , animals , etc. so the train could pull out.
The crew plus performers would bed down in the sleeping cars to sleep on the way to the next town where the whole process would start again the next day.
