I hope Atlanta has competent people to prepare their citizens from the floods. One thing I noticed lacking anywhere with flooding after or during even with electricity is they have no warning systems or get out road blocks to prevent commuters from driving right into flooded streets not knowing the depth especially at dusk or pre dawn.

Yes I believe it would go underground in a black market. It would t be as easy though as it was when gold was backed and people understood coins value or other country’s who knows about it’s value or still use it like India.
Also people will have to learn to stay quiet online and everywhere and teach children to stay quiet. Otherwise people who have none didn’t believe in it are going to remember you. Maybe say you sold it. Also if bartering make sure they don’t know where you live, if not possible let them think it’s your last.
Just remember just because you were smart or lucky enough to be prepared and know what to do doesn’t mean the family or friends around you are so stay quiet, including on line where we are being surveillance.

What I took from it is that if war does break out with Russia, there’s a good chance that the stock markets around the world would shut down. And the gold exchanges would also be shut down.
It’s called CAPITAL CONTROL. What happens if that happens. A budding black market where the smaller monetary value coin (Silver) is used in a nascent black market????
