The armor is substantial, I think the US tanks are really good, I’d hate to be in the firing line of either vehicle. They also hit the Russians with a sophisticated rocket called the M142HIMARS and it’s worth going to Youtube to see them deployed on the Russians. They guys are getting messed up. Also from a design perspective, Russian tanks are a joke, they holding area for munitions is easily compromised with a precise drone hit and they explode into atoms.

Hard to see a comeback on a day like today. Doesn’t happen in pm’s.
I think this may be a little more serious than the usual end of the month beating, only because the SM is getting hit hard as well. We may be seeing the beginning of the repo problems centered around the bond market. I say that because the crashes always start with pm’s getting hit harder than everything else but ending sooner. There’s a problem somewhere IMHO. No idea how far down they’ll take pm’s, especially if demand is really that strong. The shares never really got off the ground, so I guess they can go a lot lower.
I suppose we’ll know more tomorrow. If we have another day like this, then Sunday night could bring in the PPT. Just a guess.

Even back then we were told the average life of a tank in combat was about 20 minutes. Now with drones I can’t imagine a tank having any purpose at all, except maybe for show. Fragmentation kills all inside when/if it is hit.

The 2yr and 10yr British Gilts yields are exploding today. Britain’s financing needs (compared to their earlier forecasts) are exploding higher. And our 10 yr yield popped up to 4.33% this morning and is now easing off…..

Taliban bans women from hearing voices of other women:
The Taliban has passed a measure banning women from being heard by other women in public, in the latest curb on human rights since the Biden administration withdrew U.S. forces from Afghanistan three years ago.
The Telegraph reports that Taliban official Khalid Hanafi announced the new measure, the specifics of which remain unclear.
“Even when an adult female prays and another female passes by, she must not pray loudly enough for them to hear,” stated Hanafi, according to The Telegraph.
