This guy explains why with prices plus interest rates up it’s no longer beneficial to rent property’s and those renting with mortgages may be in the negative. Property taxes and insurance going up too. He says they would get more in interest from treasuries. It’s no longer a money maker for the trouble. So are these banks holding a lot of mortgages on property no longer affordable.

Perhaps someone experienced in our currency has an answer. Now because many governments are all in with the idea of digital currency the ultimate printing press and unbeknown to them their demise of confidence and we couldn’t even use other currencies like Zimbabwe did.
Is that why China is set to be on top next? Will we have to use their dollars? I can’t see anyone wanting that. The government here thought as long as they had the Petro dollar they didn’t need to produce anything anymore so didn’t care not thinking about what would happen if they didn’t have the Petro dollar.
They are still driving jobs out while letting foreign business in. Why was it Zi Zi Ping head of China, flew to California’s San Francisco that’s been ghosted not to see the President but see to a mere failing Governor. Is there any time in history under any other President that’s ever happened? Newsom doesn’t do business or live in San Fran as far as I know. There is a Chinatown in San Fran, though. Maybe Joe didn’t even know about it, like that balloon surveillance of military sights they flew across our country.
If the people world wide or at least us fail to stop the idea of replacing the dollar with a digital currency we might have to do what Bitcoin did. Make our own dollars. If they can do it why can’t we? Actually take our country back, and jobs from these fools and close our borders before it’s too late.

Thanks for the replies. I think the consensus is that of course nobody knows what’s going to happen, and nobody knows what will happen to the currency in the event of bank failure. I also think the consensus is that nobody trusts the banking system. The result is that we’re on our own to make the best judgements we can and live with the consequences. It’s a sad state of affairs, and it wouldn’t be happening if it weren’t for the Fed and its ability to print at will. Even worse than that, not even printing, but making digital entries that find their way into the economy. We’re screwed.

Dr Finkelstein has some good questions to what may be considered the bias side and makes sense to me a third non partisan party should be involved but is that possible.

Remember after 911 all of a sudden we got this diversity show via media and commercials. I think it was the start of the weaponization against whites so didn’t work when you start bringing up the past and every country has one in what ever country with it. The scum kept Gold under $2,000 for almost four years. Finally it has broken out to new all time highs. We will never see sub $2,000 gold ever again. A similar situation with Silver soon if it breaks $30/oz which it will. They held it down below $25/oz for almost four years too.

I’m thinking we may never see gold below the $2,300 area again. The US Dollar and rates are both in the high zone. Giving Gold a headwind, or Gold would be much higher today.
