Fridays action, where Gold was down, as the spreads unwound, has I think fooled the Algo’s to pile on more shorts in PM shares…..the Algo’s are very linear, they only see what area they trade…they cannot see the spreads causing the weakness…..that’s my guess.
Gold looks to be a in a bear hesitation, probably doing the C down…but that C down may just be sideways….which would be super bullish, if a downside correction can only go sideways.
Meanwhile the spreads continue to narrow. So Plat and Ag rally more.

I suppose they could literally bring silver and platinum up while gold just churns in place. Sort of looks like what they’re doing.
Gold is the weak sister today, preventing any real excitement for silver.
The pm shares are flat, so nothing there. Yes, AG, HL, & EXK and some others are up 2+% in premarket, but unless we get rolling, I don’t see them holding.
Dollar and rates down a little.
Silver keeps trying, hopefully it can carry the day. HUI looks like it could go back to the 200 dma below 400, which is just amazing to me. Talk about underwhelming performances.

I have several juniors bought for a buck or 50 cents which are now at a nickel or so. You’re right no point in selling something like that unless you need the tax loss. Who knows … maybe they’ll find something and do great. At least there’s enough good ones to keep me in the game.

I had to think about if I wanted to mention this or not but yes it has already started. I’ll put it in general terms. They are already trying to implement, what it’s all about, control for their benefit by just observing. That it’s already here. If you want to buy something in another country and that government has been compromised and the banking system will not to let them for someone’s control you only buy through them the electronic banking and eventually checks will not be accepted because they’re going to control the banks. The only thing that may survive for awhile is trading with Bitcoin or it’s other accepted coins. And don’t think for a minute if we live long enough during this war you won’t need it. Say for instance you or a loved one needed a certain medicine you can’t get where you are. I think we really need to have a alternative electronic source of payment learn how to buy and sell through Bitcoin and other coins. A taxi out of town where they shut down your country’s banking system. Just a couple of examples.
