BTW speaking of yin and yang. I learned that probiotic supplements are not good. The reason there is a lot of different good bacteria in the gut. The probiotic pills represent only a limited amount of them but in the gut only represent a small minority of the total good bacteria and taking the pills than only represent a minority of function will crowd out the majority of these needed bacteria harming the balance and takes longer to recover from than not taking them at all. So instead stick with the natural known fermented foods.

There is times where having a little more but for athletes, weight lifters who are in good health at the time. They also can tend to crave it so have to be careful. Here’s some notes. Eggs are good for the brain but no raw eggs, wash fruits vegetables no rare meats to be sure to destroy harmful bacteria. Alternative sweets that don’t use processed sugar.

I’m guessing the CPI was soft
although I haven’t seen the numbers yet. Everything is jumping at the moment except the dollar and rates. 10 yr. asll the way back to 4.43 a 7 bip reversal.
Gold jumping, silver back to flat, PM shares jumping, SM reversing early losses. Oil jumping to $66.
No guarantee we hold, and they are certainly fighting silver, but it appears the SM thinks the Fed is going to cut. If it serves to help Trump, then I have my doubts.

Course, as I type silver has fallen negative, and gold losing steam. I guess we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Looks like the silver battle is going to be at $36, not $37. They’ve pretty much stopped it dead in its tracks.
All the other markets are meh as well, either side of flat. Boring. Although rates have ticked back up to 4.5%, so there’s that.
CPI comes out in an hour. Who knows where that will land.

My diet has not been good, or at least good for what I’m going through. I’m right now changing it up, and going to the high protein, low carb keto style diet I was on before all this happened. Better late than never, but I’ve actually gained 20 lbs. during the treatment. Since I’ve still been able to maintain my workouts (+/- 60% of the time), I’m pretty sure the steroids are blowing me up, plus they make me hangry. 🙂 Sugar cravings are off the chart. I’ll get serious now and should start to drop some of this extra baggage.
