Loading ...So … I go to Sears today to buy a present for a friend, a set of woodworking chisels. Craftsmen, can’t go wrong right? I go in and the place is like a tomb, only a few customers, outnumbered by staff. The Craftsmen chisels they have are Made in China and look real cheap, they look like Kmart specials. So I go over to Home Depot and they have chisels, made in America, at a better price and much better quality and I get those.
Obviously Sears could source their chisels in the US but chooses not to. When Sears goes BK their “lifetime” warranty on Craftsmen tools will mean nothing.
