Loading ...That’s what I wondered when Trump stated they will take over the oil to rebuild the country it would be pretty likely they would cut off adversaries. Likely China doesn’t run .most of it’s ships, military vehicles on solar or electric either. But only 4-5 percent? I have heard that since Madero, oil production in Venezuela has gone down so perhaps they have a higher potential. Madero cannibalized Venezuela citizens resources for himself and benefits of other countries. They need a lot of affordable basic supplies, affordable food and medicine.
