Shooting going on 20 minutes with 4 police at the scene standing around while the gunmen free to shoot unarmed citizens

In Australia except for one man not born there with a mid east name who took action disarming one of the shooters. Here you can see shooters freely walking around shooting unarmed people while a woman is comforting  someone’s child at what looks like a child’s play area.
