a) if these things have been sprayed for decades, we should be in an ice age by now.
b) they don’t stay in the atmosphere very long. We saw in covid how quickly the air cleared of all aerosols – mountain ranges suddenly reappeared from the smog, the air here was crystal clear.
c) how could you do a hologram? They are three dimensional. The first layer of particles would stop the light getting to the other layers, and in any case the light would be reflected off all angles of the particle and be diffused all over the place. Plus, see a) again.
