Loading ...Supposedly Putin has held back from destroying many of the important gov buildings in Ukraine. If Moscow gets hit hard then I wouldn’t want to be living in Kiev!
I don’t know what territorial gains Putin wants to have. Doesn’t look like he’s there yet. Maybe it’s other factors that are holding up a peace deal?
