Loading ...It could of been he was aiming for the head or center of the neck maybe even the chest if he didn’t think he was wearing a vest. I don’t know because I’m not a sniper if they even target the side of the neck. Any little movement including on shooters part or windage might affect such a shot that could easily fly past him, if looking for a one shot or quick shot would seem like it would be more center like they did to Kennedy although Kennedy was in a moving car. If that kid is indeed the shooter I don’t think that he aimed for that specific area. Still all speculation. Why don’t we have videos and real videos of the interrogations asking him these questions?
