You have to realize though it’s not one size fits all. That’s another thing nor are the replacements lol I’d be off balance and I already have trouble with balance. In your case you still have your balance, strength in the other leg to compensate and upper arm strength. The CMT has hit my forearms, hands and fingers too. I can push but can’t pull myself up and grip is a bit weaker but also unpredictable, stress from pulling upward and it can just release like it did on the stairs once. Once I could climb rope for fun no mas. I don’t have much strengths maybe a second or two, to support my other leg with one. Plus you didn’t have to walk up and down stairs. My rehab could be longer and some of these places they send you depending aren’t good. If I figure things out I’ll have to stay down stairs, so people are willing to donate their time to build me a structure down stairs which is really nice as long as I can buy the supplies.
