Best wishes on your back surgery.  Life is hell when you cannot support your own weight.  After 4 months now, my hip replacement has healed and the muscles rehabbed completely.  It’s a joy to walk normally again.  You will work the kinks out.  Do your rehab… gently.  It will heal, with the prime creator’s help.  Prayers for you.
