Loading ...I noticed some things I would disagree with a bit and the treasonous shame that the war and events that led up to it that cost all the lives in Pearl Harbor brought more jobs. But what started in confiscation of 33 and 1934 when the Gold Reserve, the confiscation was apparently for reasons that people were hoarding their gold making it hard for banks to lend the hard money back then. The confiscation was help stabilize the dollar. The war although caused a manufacturing boom didn’t come about until 7 yrs later. Then ironically it reversed as many of those jobs no longer needed for many after it was over when the surviving men came back home and could find no meaningful work. We also had to share our food with post war starving Europe.
