Loading ...Warnings were ignored by people in charge and I also noticed young people calling for advice to family members who could be no help due to lack of knowledge or expertise or experience in this area by people that did not realized the immediate danger they were in because no one was in charge they could call. I heard story’s of 911 hanging up on people multi times, one who’s husband was bleeding to death after cutting a artery in his arm breaking a window so his family could escape. They could of least been trained how to talk the wife into how to apply a tourniquet correctly.
The meteorologist advice is very good advice and should be immediately initiated.
