Eggs are good for the brain but no raw eggs, wash fruits vegetables no rare meats to be sure to destroy harmful bacteria. Alternative sweets that don’t use processed sugar.

- Avoid simple sugars and highly processed foods: Limit intake of sugary drinks, candy, and other processed foods.
