Yes, it rains a lot here.  150 inches a year.  Everything grows… including pepper plants.  Our little Hawaiian chili pepper plants are among the hottest.  Cayenne spray would do nothing.  Even Roundup is not effective on these fat tropical vines.  One has to constantly cut them back.
