They could do two things. Put it under new management take it private and or not make it so easy on them like they have now. I think it’s fine to work at home if you do the job you would do at work but that’s not what’s happening. Waisting our money. They can give them pay cuts since they have less work expenses and have a reasonable work assignment and not thought up by them but a experienced third party with monitoring per amount of hours a day and if they aren’t completing the work as Trump would say Your Fired.
We need to change a lot of these tax dependent jobs to private. They also need to get rid of the layers and layers if department steming from one department. That’s a total tax dependent and all their benefits pyramid scheme that goes with it.
